Quietly Building

For those who know me — I've been quiet on here for a while. Not because nothing was happening but because my team and I were just building.

For the past year we've been heads-down on GPT Unify — an agentic AI platform that connects to the tools a business actually runs on. It drafts and sends emails, manages projects/tasks, generates and signs documents, schedules meetings, keeps your CRM up to date — one AI platform that works across all of them, remembers everything, and learns more about you and your business the longer you use it.

Not a chatbot. Not a copilot. An agent that communicates with the team and takes action.

This morning I told it to apply to the Google Cloud for Startups program. It opened the browser, filled out every field — it already knew the answers — and left it waiting for me to hit Submit. At the same time, it generated onboarding documents in our consistent format from a two-line prompt and helped craft and execute parts of a product launch. That's a Monday morning.

My wife Emily and I just launched Chartless Nutrition (chartlessnutrition.com), a post-session automation platform for dietitians with big plans ahead. Unify runs a big part of the operation behind Chartless — market research, competitive analysis, outreach, onboarding, content strategy, product support, fixes bugs, manages roadmap. It knows the product and the customers well enough to move things forward on its own (with some restrictions/guardrails and human checks — and it doesn't touch patient data).

Unify was built to work across different companies. Including Chartless, it's running in four today! Not ready for mass market yet, but getting closer...
